About Batchelo

Batchelo is built by Parth Jariwala as a solo product for educators who are tired of running classes through spreadsheets, chat threads, and scattered reminders. The goal is simple: make academy operations feel organized without making the software feel heavy.

Our Story

I built Batchelo after noticing the same pattern across tutoring and coaching businesses: the teaching itself was often good, but the day-to-day operations were stitched together from whatever tools were available. Student lists lived in spreadsheets, attendance was tracked manually, schedule updates happened in chat, and fee reminders were sent one by one. None of those tools were made for how academies actually run.

Batchelo started as a solo-built product in India with one clear goal: reduce the administrative friction around teaching. Instead of asking educators to combine five different tools, I wanted one place where batches, sessions, attendance, fees, and materials could stay connected. That is still the core product idea today.

I am intentionally building Batchelo as a practical product, not a polished brochure. That means focusing on the workflows that save educators time every week: getting students into the right batch, keeping session schedules clear, tracking attendance accurately, and making fee follow-up less awkward.

Batchelo is still evolving, but the direction stays grounded in that original problem. If a feature does not help a tutor, coach, or academy owner run classes with less confusion, it does not belong in the product.

How Batchelo Is Being Built

Built around real admin pain

The product starts from messy academy workflows, not from generic SaaS ideas. If a feature does not reduce manual follow-up, duplicated data, or day-to-day confusion, it is not a priority.

Kept intentionally lightweight

Batchelo is being built as software educators can actually adopt without training sessions or enterprise setup. The aim is to make common tasks obvious and fast, especially for smaller academies.

Improved through direct feedback

Product decisions are shaped by the questions educators ask most: how to manage batches cleanly, how to keep attendance accurate, and how to make fees and communication less manual.

What to Read Next

If you want the detailed product breakdown, head to the Features page. If you want the practical side of running an academy, the blog covers attendance, fee collection, batch planning, and student onboarding in much more depth.

Batchelo is still being built step by step. I would rather ship clearer workflows for educators than inflate the site with vague promises, so the public pages are gradually becoming more specific and more useful over time.
