Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Batchelo platform at parthjariwala.in and any associated subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using Batchelo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Batchelo is an academy management platform that allows educators, coaches, and tutors to manage their teaching practice. The Service includes features for student management, batch organization, session scheduling, attendance tracking, fee management, and sharing class materials.

3. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Organizations and Data

  • When you create an organization on Batchelo, you are the administrator and are responsible for the data entered into that organization, including student records, session information, and fee data.
  • You must have appropriate consent or legal basis to store and process personal information of students and members you add to your organization.
  • You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. Batchelo does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing messages.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Store or process data of minors without appropriate parental or guardian consent as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Batchelo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
