Adding students is straightforward — enter their email or phone number and Batchelo sends them an invitation to create their account. Once they join, they appear in your student list and can be assigned to one or more batches. You can also remove students from batches or the organization entirely when needed.

For academies with hundreds of students, the search and filter tools make it easy to find the right person quickly. Whether you are looking up a student by name, checking which batch they belong to, or reviewing their attendance history, all the information is a few clicks away.

Batches are the building blocks of your academy on Batchelo. A batch represents a group of students who follow the same schedule — think of it as a class, cohort, or section.
